Your dog must be up to date with all vaccinations which include: Distemper, Bordetella, Parvo and Rabies. Your pet must be free of fleas and ticks and have an annual fecal check. Your pet must be protected against fleas and ticks with a bonafide flea and tick medication purchased from a licensed veterinarian. Pets that are not spayed or neutered after 1 year of age are not permitted in group areas. Pawsitively Love agrees to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable, caring, and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services, the pet owner waives any claims against Pawsitively Love except those arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct. The parties or surrogate agree that they will not, at any time, make any comments oral or in writing about each other that are, or could be interpreted to be, disparaging or derogatory or that paint the other party in a negative light. Specifically, the pet owners or any surrogate of the pet owners agrees, among other things, that he or they will not make any disparaging, derogatory or negative comments about Pawsitively Love Company officers, directors, owners, employees, products, policies, practices or facility. Company's obligation pursuant to this Section is limited to comments made by members. The pet owner is responsible for any harm or damages caused by their pet while under the care of Pawsitively Love. In addition, the pet owner agrees to reimburse Pawsitively Love for any additional fees for emergency or veterinary care as well as any expenses incurred for food, supplies, repairs, cleaning, or transportation. A 50% deposit is required within 20 days prior to the drop off date and time to confirm your reservation unless otherwise agreed to and to confirm your reservation. All boarding fees are due before check in either paid by credit card via the “Buy Now” link on the home page of the website or cash, no checks will be accepted. If you cancel your reservation any time prior to check in your deposit will be credited to your next reservation. Any agreement established with special pricing for advanced, long-term booking is non-refundable unless mutually agreed upon. If your pet is left for more than two weeks after the specified pick up date, we have the right to take this animal to a rescue if possible or to Animal Care and Control of Palm Beach County. When you book a stay at Pawsitively Love you are securing a position for your pet. In the event that you terminate the agreement early, any unused days will be refunded with a good faith credit for 180 days. We reserve the right to refuse any dog deemed inappropriate for our cage less, run free dog resort. By signing the Pawsitively Love terms of service electronically you state that you have read the “instructions page” and you agree to all of our terms of service.
